Also, you can set Mailspring to display reminders if a message hasn't been opened for a set amount of time, so you won't run into any problems due to a business partner or co-worker not receiving a memo or document.

If you are looking for an email from long ago, you can make use of the software's smart search capabilities to find it. Simply type the subject, the sender's name or specify when you've received the mail, with modifiers like "since last month" or "in folder X", and the software will find what you're looking for. Another important aspect is the fact that Mailspring automatically creates a profile for all your contacts. When you select an email, your partner's information will appear on the right side of the main user interface, along with links to their social media pages, so you will always know who you're dealing with.
